September 19, 2006 (Current Version)- This is a new regulation that will supercede the graduate school's Rights and Responsibilities document (currently in the Graduate School handbook but which was never processed as a PRR). The current document is outdated as a result of BOG policy requirements for disciplinary policies. NC State's Student Conduct Code permits the graduate school to conduct its own disciplinary procedure and this regulation sets forth the circumstances when this will occur and the procedures that will be used.
