November 21, 1997 (policy drafted from various Board actions taking place on approving fees and descriptive material attached to the backup documentation describing the fees. (See comments below).
Revisions:
On November 9, 1991 the Board of Trustees undertook a formal review of student fees supporting various student activities. The Board formally approved the institutional fees study; endorsed and affirmed the type, level, and extent of services covered by each fee currently in place as appropriate for NC State University and that the services were commensurate with the fee charged. On February 21, 1997 the Board approved certain fee increases and backup material which reflects the institutional process for fee review and the Board's delegated responsibilities to annually review and approve fee recommendations.
