Respective registration fees are as follows, and include all Conference materials, refreshment breaks, and meals as indicated:

Full-Conference Registration (Monday, October 4 - Wednesday, October 6): includes Monday and Tuesday receptions; Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday lunches; Tuesday and Wednesday breakfasts; and all refreshment breaks.

REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY

If your plans should change, you may designate a substitute to attend in your place at any time or you may transfer to another session or a different event PRIOR TO the first day of the event for which you have enrolled. In the event you need to cancel your registration, you may do so for a full refund if you inform us of your cancellation at least 10 business days before the start of the Conference. A $50.00 fee will be charged for cancellation within 10 business days from the start date of the Conference. No reimbursement will be made if you fail to attend. Non-paid, no-shows registered by phone, mail, fax, or online will be billed. Please be advised that this is the NC State Office of Professional Development's (OPD) general cancellation policy. Since OPD serves many different clients with different programs there may be some variation in the above-mentioned programs we offer. Refer to your confirmation letter for all policies regarding the program you are taking.
