Using Vista (formerly WebCT)

Vista will be used for functions and activities. Some browsers may not initially work with Vista or be configured properly. For example, to access quizzes in Vista you will need to disable the pop-up blocking capability of your browser before you use Vista.

You may check your browser's compatibility with Vista, and make adjustments to your browser so that you can use it in Vista by going to the Vista browser tune up page at http://www.webct.com/tuneup (must have javascript enabled) or go to the Vista tune-up information page at the following URL:
http://www.webct.com/tuneup/viewpage?name=tuneup_browser_tuneup_information.

File Formats

All unit handouts, lecture notes, PowerPoint® presentation, E-reserve files and other files are available in Portable Document Format (PDF) unless otherwise indicated and require the use of Adobe Acrobat Reader® which is available by clicking on the following link: Adobe Acrobat Reader. PowerPoint and Microsoft Word files are may also be viewed in the PPT or MSWord viewers, which are available from Microsoft's Download Center. My Course Reserves (E-Reserves) and Readings

Many of the following reading materials listed are available through N.C. State University's My Course Reserves (E-reserves). Click on the following link to go to the E-reserve's section for this course: ARE 306 E-Reserves (Select ARE 306 and then select "Feitshans, Theodore").

Important Note: Students must either access My Course Reserves (E-Reserves) materials through an on-campus machine or through the NCSU libraries website by logging in with their Unity ID and Password when prompted before accessing an E-Reserve material. Students may also find E-Reserve materials for this and other courses by clicking on the link and logging into "My Course Reserves" on the NCSU libraries website.
