Fruits are Rotting Prior to Harvest

Gray mold is more common in raspberries (as seen in this raspberry-blackberry hybrid), but can manifest itself under extremely wet conditions during harvest in blackberries. In less extreme conditions, the blackberry calyx will appear brown or grey at harvest.
