Charlie Christensen (Zeiss) is scheduled to install the "Zen 2009" software update on the Zeiss LSM 710 on Wednesday June 9, 2010. Tuturials to introduce the new features will follow. Hopefully this will fix a few bugs.

March 2009

The Zeiss LSM 710 confocal microscope has arrived and is getting installed in the week of March 23rd. Training for new users will begin in April.

October 2008

A state-of-the art Zeiss LSM 710 confocal microscope is on order and we expect it to be available in March 2009. The purchase is made possible by a NSF Major Research Instrumentation grant awarded to PIs Drs. Wendy Boss (Plant Biology) and Pat Estes (Genetics).
