Naoko Ito artist lecture at CAM Raleigh July 10

Exhibition artist Naoko Ito will be lecturing about her vision for “Urban Nature” which will take place on July 10, 2011 beginning at 12:00 p.m.  The lecture is free with admission. Seating is limited in the classroom so plan to arrive early. CAM Raleigh is located at 409 W. Martin St., Raleigh, NC 27603

Additional events that will take place at CAM Raleigh include a closing reception for Middle School Studio beginning at 5 p.m. showcasing works created by students from the Middle School Studio Session 1 on Friday, July 1, 2011.

Other events include First Friday with free admission from 6:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m. Special projects will take place in the classrooms so come bring your family and friends.

Design Camp Session II will begin on July 10 and run through July 15 with a closing reception beginning at 5 p.m. for the Design Camp Day Camp.

July Third Friday on July 15, 2011 means CAM Raleigh will be open till 9 p.m. Find a new place for happy-hour at CAM Raleigh and relax after a long workweek with beverages, music from local DJs, and cutting-edge artwork by Dan Steinhlilber and Naoko Ito. All ages welcome.

Admission is $5. CAM Raleigh members, children 10 and under, members of the military, members of NARM and Mod/Co, and NC State students, staff, and faculty are admitted free.
