Nicole Dotin is a typeface designer and partner at the Process Type Foundry (http://processtypefoundry.com/).  She worked as a graphic designer and taught typography at the Minneapolis College of Art and Design before completing a post-graduate degree in typeface design at the University of Reading, UK. While at Reading, Nicole began designing a serif typeface for continuous reading called Elena, scheduled for release in late 2011.

The Process Type Foundry, founded in 2002, is an independent type design studio specializing in the production of contemporary, original typefaces for today’s designers. Partners Eric Olson and Nicole Dotin have built a catalog of publicly available typefaces as well as custom fonts for clients including the New York Times, Chevrolet and Walker Art Center. Their work has been featured in numerous venues including EyePrint, and étapes magazines as well as the upcoming exhibition Graphic Design: Now in Production.
