Collaboration in the Virtual Age

Leader’s Council member and alumnus Chipp Walters gave a presentation during the Leader’s Council weekend which took place November 4-5 at the College of Design. The weekend was sponsored by the Design Guild and this year’s theme for the annual meeting focused on “Collaboration.”

Walters spoke on collaboration technologies and how to use these tools to run a virtual company. Working with team members from remote offices around the world has been a way for Walters to get the best employee for the job with minimal overhead. Walters gives his top picks for collaboration tools he uses, gives advice on best practices and gives scenarios on how they can be fully utilized.
