Parking Areas
Obtain a Visitor Parking Pass at the Information Booth on Stinson Drive (off Pullen Road) for $2. Accessible parking spaces for the are located in front of the Center’s offices in Leazar Hall and also in front of SAS Hall in the Riddick lot. All other vehicles will be directed to park in Riddick Parking Lot on Boney Drive or the Coliseum Parking Deck on Dunn Avenue.
Accessible Parking Spaces
After passing through the Information Booth, continue straight on Stinson Drive. Take the first right possible. Park in front of Leazar Hall, the building on your right. The entrance to the Center’s offices is located directly in front of you.
Riddick Parking Lot
After passing through the Information Booth, turn left onto Boney Drive. Riddick Parking Lot will be on your right.
Coliseum Parking Deck
After passing through the Information Booth, make a U-turn back the way you came up Stinson Drive. At the roundabout turn right on Pullen Road. Turn right onto Dunn Avenue. The Parking Deck will be on your left after you pass Jensen Drive.
Park and Ride

Driving Directions to NCSU
From Durham via US 70
Take US 70 to downtown Raleigh. (US 70 turns into Glenwood Avenue.) Follow Glenwood Avenue to Oberlin Road. Turn right onto Oberlin Road (approximately 3 miles). Turn right onto Hillsborough Street. Take an immediate left at Pullen Road. Follow signs to the Visitor Information Booth on Stinson Drive (at the traffic circle).
From Chapel Hill and Durham via I-40
Take I-40 East approximately 25 miles to Raleigh. At the I-40/Wade Avenue split, stay on I-40 to Gorman Street, exit 295. Turn left at the stoplight onto Gorman Street and follow it to the third traffic light. Turn right onto Avent Ferry Road. After approximately 1.5 miles you will turn right onto Western Boulevard. Take the first left onto Pullen Road. Follow signs to the Visitor Information Booth on Stinson Drive (at the traffic circle).
From Fayetteville via US 401
Take US 401 to Raleigh. Then take I-40 West to Gorman Street, exit 295. Turn right at the stoplight onto Gorman Street and follow it to the second traffic light. Turn right onto Avent Ferry Road. After approximately 1.5 miles, you pass through a traffic light at Western Boulevard and enter campus. Turn right at the first light on campus onto Cates, then left at the dead end onto Pullen Road. Follow signs to the Visitor Information Booth on Stinson Drive (at the traffic circle).
From Henderson via US 1
Take US 1 (which turns into Capital Boulevard) to downtown Raleigh. Turn right onto Edenton Street. Edenton Street merges with Hillsborough Street. Follow Hillsborough Street and then turn left at Pullen Road. Follow signs to the Visitor Information Booth on Stinson Drive (at the traffic circle).
From Rocky Mount via US 64
Take US 64 West towards Raleigh. US 64 West will merge with East I-440 (Inner Beltline). After approximately 7 miles, exit onto Gorman Street, exit 295. Turn right at the stoplight onto Gorman Street and follow it to the second traffic light. Turn right onto Avent Ferry Road. After approximately 1.5 miles you will turn right onto Western Boulevard. Take the first left onto Pullen Road. Follow signs to the Visitor Information Booth on Stinson Drive (at the traffic circle).
From New York, Pennsylvania, Maryland and Virginia via I- 95 South
Take I-95 South to I-85 South. Then take US 1 (which turns into Capital Boulevard) to downtown Raleigh. Turn right onto Edenton Street. Edenton Street merges with Hillsborough Street. From Florida via I-95 North
Take I-95 North to I-40 West. Proceed on I-40 West into Raleigh to Gorman Street, exit 295. Turn right at the stoplight onto Gorman Street and follow it to the second traffic light. Turn right onto Avent Ferry Road. After approximately 1.5 miles you will turn right onto Western Boulevard. Take the first left onto Pullen Road. Follow signs to the Visitor Information Booth on Stinson Drive (at the traffic circle).
Walking Routes
From Riddick Parking Lot
Walk up the sidewalk that parallels Boney Drive. At the top of the hill, follow the sidewalk to the leftuntil you reach the first crosswalk. Cross Stinson Drive and follow the sidewalk down to the side of Leazar Hall perpendicular to Stinson Drive. The Center’s offices are located through the seconddoor on your right.
How To Get from the Coliseum Parking Deck to the Center
Exit the Parking Deck onto Dunn Avenue, cross the road, pass under the railroad via the tunnel closest to Pullen Road (almost directly across from Jensen Drive). Walk through the white building’s middle breezeway, bear right and walk around the edge of Riddick Parking Lot until you reach Boney Drive. Walk up the sidewalk on Boney Drive toward the Visitors Booth.
At the top of the hill, turn left and at the first crosswalk, cross Stinson Drive . Leazar Hall is now on your immediate right. Our entrance faces the small parking lot/drop off area that sits between Leazar and Poe Hall. Our entry door is set back under an exterior porch area on your right. There is a key code pad on the door, so knock or ring the doorbell to be let in.
