Current Events
The Poultry Science Department hosted a group of 30 participants from China. The participants attended a Poultry Production and Feed Manufacturing Workshop at NC State, which was sponsored by the American Soybean Association International Marketing based in Beijing, China. The group attended lectures and participated in laboratories on campus and at the Feed Mill Education Unit located on Lake Wheeler Road. The group also toured several feed mills, visited a soybean farm, and two soy processing facilities in eastern North Carolina.
