Welcome to the FEAS Lab at North Carolina State University. This lab is a combined unit representing the works of Drs. Jim Rice and Derek Aday. Our lab group focuses on general issues in freshwater and marine systems, from conservation and toxicology to population biology and fisheries management. Located in Raleigh, NC, our lab conducts research throughout the state and region to address theoretical and applied ecological questions. Members of our lab range from undergraduates to post-doctoral researchers and opportunities often exist at all levels.
