Mission:
Provide financial services to the campus community as well as external agencies through the Budget Office, Office of Contracts and Grants, Controller's Office, and Office of Cost Analysis
Key Goals:
1. Budget management for various funding sources including: State Appropriations, Tuition and fees, Facilities and Administrative receipts, and Auxiliary/Sales and Services funds;
2. Oversee post-award administration of Contracts and Grants for the University, and support College, School, departmental and unit Research Administrators, faculty, and staff;
3. Coordinate NC State University's cash management functions, accounts payable, non-student accounts receivable, travel, general accounting, financial reporting, asset management, and non- employee tax filings; and
4. Work with all NC State Colleges, Schools, departments and offices in: budget allocation methodology, budgeting process and cost analysis; service costs and centers; internal and external charges; some Trust Fund activities; and dashboards and data coordination.
