These questions are part of the interview on Caroline McCullen: "All About Technology and Curriculum Intergration".
1.
How did you personally benefit from the technology classes at Ligon?
I learned skills that will be useful later in life. I also learned a lot about
teacmwork.
2. What was your most memorable experience in working with technology
at Ligon?
My most memorable experience was when Captain Nelson, a NOVA ship captain
that was corresponding with us, came and ate luch with us. Another one was
Ligon's NetDay because my two best friends and I had a lot fun.
3. How do you think your work with technology will affect your future?
I think it will open up jobs for me because I've been working with technology
for so long.
4. What careers are you considering pursuing and why?
Psychlogist/psychiatrist because I want to be able to help people solve
their problems.
5. Do you have any funny stories about working with Mrs. McCullen
in the publishing of MidLink? (I confess that I didn't tell her about this
question, but she has a great sense of humor, don't you think?)
None that I can think of, although there eas the NCETC conference that we
went to in Greensboro. Mrs McCullen, Ellen, Kate and I were the first people
there, and Mrs. McCullen realized that she couldn't find the scuzzy adapter.
I was funny at the time because she had to keep saying "scuzzy".
Also, everyone who came played this joke on two guys-Will and Jeff. We told
them that the overhead projector was radioactive. They actually believed
us at first!
6. Anything else you would like to add?
Working on MidLink was a lot of fun, and I'm really going to miss it these
next four years when I'm at Enloe.
