Materials

Tools and machines available for student use Job Safety and Ergonomic Analysis Forms (section 11.03) Binder

Procedure

1. Students, complete forms for each demonstration. Note preparation, performance and shutdown procedures and all safety considerations. 2. List common operations performed with each tool and machine. 3. Organize a reference note book of your notes. 4. Perform operations on each machines demonstrated. Log completions of operations in your notebook.

Require students to pass a performance test on each machine. Use a check sheet to record progress.
