Reasonable Accommodation: Individuals with disabilities who are otherwise qualified are entitled to reasonable accommodation. An accommodation is a modification in the work or campus environment, or in the way things are usually done, that results in equal opportunity for an individual with a disability.

Examples of reasonable accommodations:

Accommodations are considered reasonable if they do not create an undue hardship for the employer.
