Responsibilities Under the ADA

In every place of employment, the following individuals and groups all have responsibilities under the ADA:

• search committees and/or hiring officials
• supervisors and administrators
• ADA coordinators and/or compliance officers
• employees
• persons responsible for advertising for programs, services, and/or employment.
