This training module was designed to be used with the following software:

Newer version of Microsoft Internet Explorer or Mozilla Firefox

Video Player:

Newer version of Windows Media Player (or QuickTime for Mac with Flip4Mac)

If you do not have a newer version of one of these browsers, you can download a free, newer browser from Microsoft or Mozilla. Older browser versions or other browsers may display unpredictable results.

If you do not have a video player, you can download a free player from Microsoft, or you can read the video transcripts in your browser instead of viewing the videos.
