Yates Mill is a fully restored, circa 1756 gristmill located in Raleigh, NC.
It is the centerpiece of Historic Yates Mill County Park, located in central Wake County. The mill is listed on the National Register of Historic Places and is the only restored operational automatic mill in North Carolina and one of just a few in the country.

Yates Mill Associates Inc. formed In 1989. Our mission was to restore, preserve and operate the mill. Yates Mill Associates developed partnerships with Wake County and North Carolina State University, the mill owner and guardian, to develop a park around this significant relic. Today, this community resource also includes the A. E. Finley Center for Education and Research, and a 174 acre nature preserve.
