1. Admissions data, including Scholastic Aptitude Test and Achievement Test scores, high school grade point averages, admissions indexes, and predicted grade point averages for ENG 111 and MA 141 are sent to each college office from the Department of Registration and Records. Lists are organized by colleges and by departments within colleges. An adviser can obtain this information from a departmental office or college office. (See Appendix V)
2. Transcripts of grades are generated at the end of each semester and summer session. Two copies of each transcript are sent to college offices; one of them is passed on to departmental offices.
3. Academic Difficulty Reports are generated, and two copies are sent to college offices for distribution to advisers of students reported to be in academic difficulty; another copy is sent directly to students at their local mailing addresses.
4. Curriculum Sheets, Check Lists, or Cards are available from the department or college coordinator of advising to help the adviser in planning a student's program.
5. Two copies of the following reports or lists are sent to college offices by the Department of Registration and Records after grades are reported:
a. List of Suspended Students.
b. Dean's List Report - a listing of students on the Dean's List in college and curriculum order; and
6. Degree Audit and Advisement Reports are currently generated prior to registration each semester. They present the courses that need to be completed by each student.
