Registration is conducted by using Pack Tracks. The Schedule of Courses and Registration Guide are available online each semester prior to the registration period. The Registration Guide contains all necessary instructions for accessing the Pack Tracks system and completing registration.
The PIN is a randomly generated four-digit personal identification number assigned to students each semester to enable access to the registration system. This number changes each semester for degree students. Students' PINs are electronically distributed to each college approximately one week before the beginning of the advising period so that they can be distributed to students prior to registration.
Entrance to the registration system is controlled by specific window access dates. These dates are based on the student's current classification (i.e. seniors first, juniors second). Students cannot register before their window access is scheduled. A student's classification is based on the student's standing when the window opens - not what it is expected to be at the end of the semester in which they register. Monday - Friday 7:30 a.m. to 12 midnight
Saturday 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Sunday 2:00 p.m. to 12 midnight
The Registration system in Pack Tracks is closed on university holidays.
Students registering during this period have a better chance of enrolling in specific times and sections than they will have later. Students registering during this period will be sent an eBILL via their e-mail address as listed with Registration and Records.
Students registering during this period will be required to pay tuition, fees, and all other debts owed to the University and clear all "Holds" before being given access to the system. Students requesting to register for the first time for the upcoming semester after late registration begins or re-registering after their schedule was cancelled for non-payment will be charged a $100.00 late registration fee*. Students requesting to register after the last day to add a course(s) will be charged a $150.00 late registration fee*.
*UGS, PBS, Inter-Institutional, new undergraduate and new graduate students are excluded from the late registration fees.
