
The Disability Services Office hosts a terminal server for use by students registered with the DSO. This terminal server allows for use of assistive technology applications from remote locations that are equipped with client software and an internet connection. If you are a DSO student, and would like to gain access to this resource, please email disability@ncsu.edu.
Requirements
To access the terminal server, you will need Remote Desktop Connection software. The following are links that will allow you to download the software, if it is not already on your system.
An active internet connection is also needed to access the terminal server. A broadband connection (cable or DSL) is recommended.

Instructions for logging into the DSO Terminal Server
- Verify that your end system has Remote Desktop Connection software installed.
- Verify that you have internet connectivity.
- Email disability@ncsu.edu to obtain a user account, password, and configuration file.
