Vision

A campus community that values, promotes, and exemplifies gender equity.

Mission

To promote gender equity on campus by providing focused support and advocacy for students and faculty.

Goals

1. Coordinate, support, advise, and advocate for campus women's organizations.
2. Provide training activities for university administrators on issues related to the fair treatment of women in the academic environment.
3. Seek external funding to support faculty research, campus programming, professional development, and administrative training.
4. Conduct research that focuses on gender issues in the university environment.
