Formative Procedures (Developmental)
Colleagues (peers) are generally considered the best formative
reviewers for aspects of teaching such as content expertise, pedagogical
strategies, and assessment strategies. The literature on peer review is
consistent in suggesting the areas of review appropriate for peers listed
