The Carolinas Psychology ConferenceThe Carolinas Psychology Conference is a Southeastern regional meeting of undergraduate students in psychology and related fields. It is co-sponsored by NC State University and Meredith College in Raleigh, North Carolina. This year's conference will be held on April 4 & 5, 2008. This year's conference activities include sessions for the presentation of individual papers, an invited address by Dr. Abigail Baird, panel discussions, Psychology Jeopardy, and a Friday Night Social. All students, faculty, and others interested in undergraduate psychology are invited. More information on how the conference works can be found under FAQs. Online links will direct students to help on preparing abstracts and presentations. Students travel from across the Southeast to attend the conference events and to present papers. If your school has not attended in the past, but is interested in receiving more information and potentially attending this year, please e-mail Dr. David Heining-Boynton so your school can be included in our mailings. Some forms and documents are already available online. The CPC Faculty Advisors can also be contacted through mail, phone, and fax. Coming early Spring semester will be information on hotels in Raleigh. This website is always being updated, please check back periodically for new information.
