Initial designs shared with campus groups

After requesting additional design concepts, the Website Advisory Committee re-grouped on October 25 and selected three final designs for consideration and final review. To date, these concepts have been shared with numerous groups/units throughout campus. Feedback thus far has been extremely positive and groups have been excited about the possible directions. Plans are to share the concepts with the entire campus community and general public through this blog the last week of November. Stay tuned!

The final three design concepts are the result of input from the committee and feedback from user focus groups and meetings with campus constituents. The following groups have been consulted in this early process (others are planned and/or scheduled):
  • Executive Officers
  • College Deans
  • University Council
  • Board of Visitors
  • Faculty Senate
  • Staff Senate
  • Group(s) of current students
  • Campus PR Group (Communicators)
  • University Web Developers/Web Designers Group
  • University IT Committee
  • Undergraduate Recruiters
  • Student Affairs
  • Representatives from:
    • Office of Research and Graduate Studies
    • Extension, Engagement and Economic Development
    • Office of Diversity and African American Affairs
    • Parents & Family Services
    • Human Resources
