Registration and Records does not reserve rooms in the following buildings. Please contact these departments directly to reserve these spaces.

- University Housing: Housing and Conference Services at (919) 515-4398.
- FYC Student Commons, Computer Labs, and other rooms: First Year College.
For other alternate spaces on campus not reserved by Registration and Records (non-"110" classrooms) please see the following sheet and contact the appropriate department. Alternate Rooms on Campus
Student Requests
In order to reserve a university classroom, students groups need to be registered each year with the Student Organization Resource Center located in Harrelson Hall Room 103.
Please fill out the Student Group Room Reservation form
- Please use an @ncsu.edu address as a contact for your request.
- Reservations will only be confirmed for the current semester only. Each semester you need to re-submit your organization's meeting days and times.
- Student groups meeting on a weekday will need to wait until the first full week of classes to submit their room requests. This is to lessen the number of room changes required as courses are still being placed.
- Student groups who use our online form will receive a confirmation e-mail within 1-2 business days. If you have alterations or corrections, please email the events scheduler directly at eventsscheduler@ncsu.edu.
University Departments
