Reserve a Classroom - Frequently Asked Questions

Student Groups

Registered student groups are allowed to use specific university classrooms for meetings and events. Registration and Records is responsible for scheduling such usage for the university.

Students groups should:

  1. be registered with the Student Organization Resource Center in Talley Student Center: Room 1202 each year, and
  2. a. electronically submit a Student Group Room Reservation form via our website or

    b. complete a Student Group Room Reservation form (pdf) and return it to the appropriate drop off location in our office (1000 Harris Hall).

Student groups who use our online form will receive a confirmation e-mail within 24 business hours. Forms submitted in our office will be ready for pick-up the next business day after 12 noon.

Registration and Records does not reserve rooms in Talley Student Center or Witherspoon Student Center. If you are interested in reserving a room at either location, you should contact the Reservations and Events Management Office.

University Departments

Departments and scheduling officers should contact the University Scheduling Officer for assistance with classroom assignment.
