Get Ready for Graduation!

Upcoming Deadlines:

  • Student Speaker Application

    Graduating seniors interested in auditioning to be the student speaker must complete the Student Speaker Application (pdf). Applications are due to Registration and Records by 5:00 p.m. on March 19, 2015.

  • Don't Be Left Out!

    Names of graduating students will not be published in the graduation program or in any official press release if the student has a privacy setting preventing such release. Students graduating in May 2015 must ensure that their "privacy settings" in the MyPack portal indicate their intention for inclusion in or exclusion from these publications no later than March 27th.

  • Apply For Graduation

    Our Process page has a handy checklist to help you navigate the graduation application process. If you have a minor, don't forget to speak with your minor advisor, too!

  • Get your Cap and Gown

    Visit the bookstore for your graduation apparel, announcements, and diploma frames. You can find information about announcements, apparel, and the Bookstore's Graduation Fair on our Announcements and Apparel page.

  • Plan Your Schedule

    Be sure you're in the right place, at the right time! Check the Main Schedule page for the date and time for both the University Commencement ceremony and your departmental graduation ceremony.

  • Out of Town Visitors?

    Your friends and family can have all the convenience of staying on Centennial Campus by staying at Wolf Ridge! Only $85/night for a 4-bedroom apartment.

  • Check Your Data

    Has your name changed recently? Is your name listed in the system the way you want it to appear on your diploma? If not, use the Name Change Form to correct it!

    Have you moved recently? Check your address information in your Student Center in MyPack Portal to be sure that your diploma will be mailed to the correct location. Your diploma will be mailed to the diploma or home mailing address you have set up in the system.

    NC State is partnering with Photo Specialties this year to offer professional photos to graduates. Find out more about where and when photos will be taken.
