This page gives details on how to configure an email client such as Outlook, Thunderbird, Mail, etc. and has nothing to do with WebMail. If you intend to use WebMail you can disregard the information on this page.
Below you will find step-by-step setup guides for the email
clients that NC State ResNet and the NC State Help Desk support. All NC State students, faculty and staff have IMAP accounts and should follow
the setup directions for IMAP. If you need assistance with setting up your email or with your ResNet
connection, simply
call the NC State Help Desk at 515-HELP or email resnet@ncsu.edu.
If you don't need step-by-step instructions for setting up your
