ResNet Staff Terms and Conditions

| Terms
of Employment |
All NC State undergraduate students
are welcome to apply for ResNet and/or pooled positions. |
- All staff must be registered full-time NC State students, in good academic
standing.
- Staff candidates must have no continuing record of University
disciplinary action at the time of application or appointment.
- Candidates must not have any significant record of Unity policy
violations.
- Staff will be paid hourly. Hourly wages will be reviewed periodically.
- Staff are not required to live on campus (with the exception
of students in their first year at State). However, ResNet staff
are expected to be able to get to any residence hall or chapter
house on Greek Court within 15 minutes during their field work
shifts.
- Staff receive their ResNet connection free of charge.
Staff members not living on campus will not have cost of
their Internet service provider subsidized.
- Staff are issued a two-way pager for the duration of
their employment, which they are required to wear on days when
they are working.
