Geographic Information Systems Workshop, SCI-LINK: June, 2007. Classroom applications to enrich environmental education about water issues in North Carolina, focusing on polluted runoff, using ArcExplorer and ArcView software. GPS units used on site. Scientist will work directly with participants and follow-up with selected schools on research with new monitoring details.
