Collaborative Experiments | Collected Data | Simulated Data

The "Data Depot" has complete instructions for classes of students to participate in joint experiments with other classes across the state. Students can collect data to help answer science questions then upload the data to Science Junction. All classes participating in the experiments will be able to see the total data collected and use it to analyze, look for patterns, and make models. In addition, simulated data based on theoretical models will be available. Teachers can use the data in the classroom to help emphasize skills such as spreadsheet use, graphing, equation fitting and scientific modeling.
