Welcome to Teaching With Digital Cameras

These skill development activities will introduce you to some of the many ways a digital camera can be used in the classroom to enhance the learning process.

The first skill development activity will provide a sample of movies, experiments, and pictures that could be used for teaching purposes. Each of these examples utilized a digital camera.

The second skill development activity will introduce some of the creative ways teachers have used digital camera output. Examples include using digital pictures to create a seating chart.

The third skill development activity provides examples of how students have been able to enhance their learning experience by using digital cameras.

The fourth skill development activity consists of further examples of projects that both teachers and students have created. These projects can be found online and demonstrate how technology is being used around the country. They provide some great ideas that you might find useful.
