The NCSU Chapter of Sigma Xi hereby submits four Chapter Resolutions with intention of improving connectedness between individual members and the Society and of improving accountability and transparency in the conduct of the affairs of the Society. These resolutions are submitted through the Executive Director to the Board of Directors for timely placement on the Agenda of the Assembly of Delegates at the 2009 Sigma Xi Annual Meeting to be held November 12-15, 2009 at The Woodlands, TX. The Chapter stands ready to respond to advice and counsel from the Board or the Committee on Resolutions regarding these resolutions. |
