Any
active full member may nominate an individual for membership (affiliate
member, associate member, or member) or for promotion (from associate member
to member). (See qualifications for
membership.) Each nomination must be seconded by another active member. To nominate a member, please
complete the nomination form, which is available electronically as a PDF file and as a Word file. Submit the completed
nomination to the chapter administrative
assistant, marking the correspondence "Sigma Xi Membership
Nomination". Nominations may be submitted by email from the email
account of an active member of Sigma Xi. TYPED NAMES will, in this
case, be accepted lieu of handwritten signatures by the nominator and the
seconder. Nominations are due by March 20. |
