The second senior portrait session for the 2012 Agromeck yearbook is Tuesday through Friday, Jan. 17-20. All graduating seniors are invited to take part in this time-honored tradition with a free senior portrait. N.C. State students, faculty, staff and alumni are invited to submit material for the 2012 Windhover literary and visual magazine. Poetry, short prose and essays are welcome, as are audio submissions. Visual submissions can include photographs, paintings, illustrations and graphic designs. Images of fashion, jewelry, sculpture and other creative works are also encouraged.

College Media Association has announced the winners of its annual Best of Collegiate Design contest, with N.C. State's Agromeck and Technician among the finalists. Now in its 19th year, the Best of Collegiate Design honors student designers in 23 categories. More than 1100 entries were received from 74 schools.
