N.C. State's yearbook, the Agromeck, received a Silver Crown award from the Columbia Scholastic Press Association at the association's national convention in New York City March 19.

The Associated Collegiate Press awarded the Windhover, the literary magazine at N.C. State Univeristy, a national Pacemaker award, the highest award given by the ACP and often compared to the Pulitzer Prize of collegiate journalism.

ACP also awarded three N.C. State students national individual awards.

DALLAS -- The Associated Collegiate Press and College Media Advisers announced at their convention in Dallas, Nov. 5-9 that two student media from North Carolina State University won national awards.
