Purchase Adobe Products
The Adobe Contractual Licensing Program (CLP) has been renewed until April 30, 2011. Renewals of maintenance and new orders can be placed at this time.
Here's a few things to know:
- If you currently have Adobe products that you purchased with maintenance, you will have to renew the maintenance in order to continue receiving updates of new software.
- If you purchase new Adobe products, you will have six months from the date of purchase to purchase maintenance for the new products. After six months, you forfeit that opportunity.
- PC Mall Gov is NC State's new preferred reseller for Adobe products and they are aware of NC State's new CLP agreement number. Although you are not required to purchase from PCMall Gov, you will be required to have the new CLP agreement number to purchase from other vendors. Please contact Software Licensing for that number. Without the appropriate CLP agreement number, orders may get lost or processed under another university's account often creating difficulties when trying to receive your software upgrades or renewing orders.

Purchase orders must be mailed, emailed or faxed.
- When you purchase Adobe products, ensure you receive license confirmation from Adobe. The confirmation should indicate that the purchase was made on behalf of NC State.
