Q: If faculty/staff purchase Adobe software through NC State's CLP Agreement for campus use, can I install a copy of the software at home?
A: Yes. The primary user of the computer on which such software is lawfully installed may install a second copy of such software for his or her exclusive use on either a portable computer or a computer located at his or her home, provided that the software on the portable or home computer is not used at the same time as the software on the primary computer.

A: No. Purchases made from the Adobe CLP Agreement are for university computers only, although there is a home use right for these licenses. It is recommended that faculty/staff copies of Adobe software be purchased from either the NC State Campus Bookstore or from the CLP Reseller under their Student/Teacher Purchasing Program.
