ESRI Keyless License Request
If you need to run a concurrent license of an ESRI product and do not have internet access, you will be required to request an ESRI Keyless License File.
Q: How do I request an ESRI Keyless License file?

If you are faculty or staff, you may request a keyless license by completing the ESRI Keyless License Request form. Once your request is processed, you will be emailed your license file and instructions for installing it.
Q: Is there a limit to the number of ESRI Keyless License files I can request?
A: No. You can request as many as you need provided you submit a separate request for each computer you want to license.
Q: Can students request ESRI Keyless License files?
A: No. ESRI Keyless License files are available to faculty and staff only. Students are only licensed to run the concurrent version of ESRI ArcInfo available to them for download at no charge from the
ArcGIS Desktop 9.3 and ArcInfo Workstation 9.3 Download page.
Q: How do I find the MAC address for my computer?
A: The MAC address can be found by following the simple instructions on the Determing Your MAC Address for an ESRI Keyless License page.
Q: Now that Software Licensing Management has provided me a keyless license, how do I install it?
