Microsoft Windows Server Site License
As an amendment to the Windows Server Client Access License (CAL) Microsoft Campus Agreement, NC State now holds an unlimited site license for Windows Server products. Included in this unlimited site license are the following titles:
- Windows Server Enterprise 2008 (32/64 bit)
- Windows Server Standard 2008 (32/64 bit)
- Windows Server 2008 Datacenter (32/64 bit)
- Windows Web Server 2008 (32/64 bit)
- Prior versions of the above products .
This unlimited site license makes these titles available to any NC State staff member or faculty member for use on university owned servers. The software can be installed as much as needed without restrictions.
How To Get Access
In order to download the server products or gain access to the Product Keys, you will need to send a request to Software Licensing.
