Included with ArcInfo are the following tools:
ArcInfo Workstation is the most complete and extensible GIS available. It includes all the functionality of ArcView and ArcEditor and adds advanced geoprocessing and data conversion capabilities. Professional GIS users use ArcInfo for all aspects of data building, modeling, analysis, and map display for screen and output.

If you are on a computer still using version 9.3, you will need to download and install ArcGIS 9.3 Service Pack 1 . It can be downloaded from ArcGIS 9.3 Service Pack 1
