Adobe Acrobat Professional software is the advanced way to create, control, and deliver more secure, high-quality Adobe PDF documents. How to Get This Software

License or Agreement

NCSU has entered into a contract with UNC-General Administration to purchase all Adobe titles under the Adobe Contractual Licensing Program (CLP) . Software acquired through the Adobe CLP is restricted for use by faculty and staff on any university owned computers.

An Adobe CLP FAQ has been created by Software Licensing to answer many of the questions regarding this new contract.

Most popular Adobe products are installed in all Unity Computer Labs. Check the Applications Launcher on the lab computers to see available Adobe products.

Authorized Uses

Software acquired through the Adobe CLP is generally restricted to use on a university computer.

However, faculty and staff who purchase Adobe software are also given a "take home" right. This allows the faculty or staff member to install the Adobe product on two computers as long as the software is not be used at the same time.
