Registration
If you would like to register a new student organization, you need
the front and back (.pdf) of the Student Organization Registration form.
If your organization needs to renew its registration, you only need the front (.pdf) of the Student Organization Registration form.
Solicitations and Outdoor Events
For any of the following, the appropriate permit must be filed with the SOURCE at least 24 hours in advance of the event, and a copy of the approved permit must be kept on site at all times during the event. Drop the completed permit off at our desk (1202 Talley Student Center) or in the "Drop Off" box outside our office, and if there are no problems or conflicts with your request, we'll have the permit ready for you to pick up in 24 hours.
For these types of events, the Solicitation Permit (.pdf) is required:

Bake Sale/Doughnut Sales
Public Speaker/Preacher
Free Giveaways*
Handing out literature
Table Tents
Banners
Credit Card Vendors/Cellular Phone Vendors
Fundraisers
Selling T-shirts*
...and nearly anything else that takes place on the Brickyard!
For these types of events, the Outdoor Event & Organized Assembly Permit (.pdf) is required:
Selling food on Harris Field
Outdoor concerts
Pep rally
Cookouts
Parades
You must be a registered student organization or university department in order to set up on campus for any reason. Outside companies or organizations must be sponsored by a registered student organization or university department in order to set up on campus.
* Any item that a student organization wants to give away or sell with the university logo must be approved by the Licensing Program through Cindy Sears. The university logo includes, but is not limited to, the strutting wolf, belltower, block "S", and University Seal. Approval must be obtained for all items and is only good for one year. Any changes that are made to the item after approval must be resubmitted to Cindy Sears.
