2008 Organization Fairs
Friday, August 29th is the last day for Student Organizations to register for the Organization Fair.
Please bring your payments to the Student Organization Resource Center

We are available to take payments from 9 am - 4 pm
Payments can be made by check, cash, or Interdepartmental transfer (ITD)
September 3rd - Organization Fair on the Brickyard
11:00 am - 2 pm
Organization Fairs allow student organizations and university departments to interact with the new and current students and publicize their group's presence on campus to attract new members.
Please remember to register your student organization with the Student Organization Resource Center before signing up for the fair. To determine if your registration is current check your organization's listing in the SORC directory. If you need to update your registration, complete the registration form found on the SORC website and submit it to the SORC office at:

There is a $12.00 registration fee to participate in each organization fair.
This fee covers the cost of the set up of one (1) 6 foot table and two chairs. Please do not bring your own table and chairs. Only NC State University Departments or organizations that are or currently registered with the SORC office will be allowed to set up at the organization fair.
