Requests to access the 15% portion of the F&A receipts that are retained by the office of Research and Graduate Studies should be coordinated through cognizant Dean’s offices. Generally speaking, most requests are entertained only if they show a local participation in the cost share. This ensures that there is maximum leverage of these resources.
