- Is there time for an entrance conference for each project? NO
- Reporting, and acceptance of reports.
- Rare to find a good reporting segment in a contract.
- Not so rare to be threatened with default or breach for not abiding by that bad reporting segment.
- What about departing PI's, who handles these situations?
