The Research Operations Council provides distributed leadership at the College and University level for research endeavors at NC State University. The ROC contemplates growth opportunities, identifies areas of excellence, catalyzes cross-disciplinary and trans-institutional collaborations, unifies divergent goals and objectives of local research and exploration thrusts with institutional mission and resource priorities. The ROC meets monthly under the leadership of the Vice Chancellor for Research and Graduate Studies who sets the agenda.
