NC State University Staff Senate

Educate staff on campus processes, such as budgets and human resources issues.
Increase communication between staff, faculty and students, as well as administrators and department heads.
Encourage and ensure true representation from Senators, as well as guarantee that all units at NC State University that have staff employees are involved in the Staff Senate.
Continue transition from paper and physical travel to electronic forms of meetings and communications with all districts of staff representation.
Focus on improving morale for all University community members in times of crisis.
